Introducing the New LogCheck Email Reports

by Aug 11, 2015LogCheck Features

Starting soon, you’ll notice that your LogCheck email reports have a new look. The updated reports will list the same information as before, but in a new, easier-to-read format. Below, you’ll find a quick introduction to the new format.

Metrics Section near the top of the report gives you a quick, at-a-glance summary of the notable daily activity in your logbook.

Below that, you’ll see a more granular view of the same information, organized in the following sections:

  • The Notes section is a great way for teams to communicate. It lists all notes taken in the field.

  • The Photos section helps your team ensure that critical checks are being performed. It displays all photos taken in the field.

  • The Alerts section helps you identify/prevent potential problems. It lists all records with out-of-range values.
